    Hey guys,
    Ive been doing PE for about 2.5 weeks now and the first two weeks were fine my erections even looked stronger than normal. But now for the past few days other than morning wood its hard for me to get erections. Before I could get them by watching porn or thinking about it now I have to stroke the penis to get it hard. Is this because I need to rest it? Theres no pain or anything just the erection thing. Also when I get the morning wood it is not as hard as it was a week ago.

    Thanks for the reply and welcome guys.
    Yes I do warm up with a warm small washcloth for 5 minutes. I dont warm down after should I? Also, how long do you think I should take off for?

    Pay attention to your EQ (Erection Quality). When it returns to normal, go ahead and resume.
    Giving yourself rest is really important.
    I expect you will only be off for a day or two. Please let us know how it goes.

    I see, I have had this problem for a few days now. So I should wait maybe till sunday?
    Btw I was doing
    After a warmup,
    Jelq for 15 mins after 10 for the first week.
    Ulis every other day and stretching every other day.

    You're a beginner and you're doing uli's? From what I understand they're a fairly intense exercise meant for more advanced PE'ers. Also, from your posts it seems you're working out every day? Without rest days? From these 2 things it seems likely you may have overtrained. The rest will do you good but you may want to monitor closely whether you can handle the uli's.

    You're two weeks into PE and you're doing Uli's. That's why you're having erection problems, this is considered to be a negative PI. These are advanced exercises that you shouldn't be doing until you're 2 months bro.
    So you've overtrained, so take time off and warm up a lot like was recommended.
