Whats up guys!

I just had a quick question.. I was wondering what are the main causes for your penis to decrease in size. For example same days my penis is noticeably larger than other days. Just wanted to your thoughts.

I have REALLY poor circulation to my extremities. My body gets really hot but my hands, feet, and dong get really cold. When not in use my dick is seriously purple and cool. I can actually feel a drop in temperature. Now this is not a result of PE, it's been going on for years. *Sigh* permanent turtling I guess.
