Hey everybody! I have been a member for about 2 years here and am considering this routine which is very similar to JonPop's beginner's routine.
10 Minute Warm-Up
35 Jai Stretches
35 Jai streches
5 Minute Warm-Down
35 Jai stretches whenever I pee.
I have seen plenty of results using various routines (mostly JonPop's routine) going from 6.3" BPEL X 4.5" EG to 7.6" BPEL X 4.9" EG. My objective for this routine is length before I switch to a more girth-based routine.
Please let me know how I can improve this routine. My first day trying this will be today and I will let you know how it goes. My approach to length has been "less is more" and I have thus far not been disappointed.

with length - i'll agree... I find less is more. I haven't been doing it intentionally, but PEing 2-3 times per week has REALLY helped my length gains A LOT.
how long did it take you to make your gains?
I went from a 6.1" BPEL / 5.6 NBPEL to a 7.2" BPEL / 6.6 NBPEL in 7 months

Hey Dante. Actually it has taken me far longer to make my length gains. To be honest, it has taken me almost two years but this is because for much of the first year I had been extremely inconsistent about pe. You seem to have to stuck to it however, and made some brilliant gains in a very short time. Congratulations!
I think your 2-3 days per week is a good idea and more of the length seekers would benefit from it. Which exercises do you think helped you out the most?

Girth is hard work though. Indeed so much so, that I will pursue my length goal first, exceed it slightly and then switch to girth.
