I take days off, but not on schedule or by plan. If I feel sore or otherwise overtrained, I will back off. Or if I anticipate getting laid. Or if I am traveling or in a situation not conducive to PE. But even on those days, I will generally at least do some Kegels and stretches.

It's mainly about what works best for you as everyone is different. I personally take off 2-3 days per week but I've been at this for just about 6 years now and I have an FWB that has a very high libido and likes alot of sex so I've backed off so I can accomodate her insatiable appetite for my dick.
I wouldn't recommend going at it all 7 days per week but again, everyone is different. You just have to expeiment and see what works best.

It is recommended you stretch everyday to keep deformation; as it is recommended that you hang everyday to get optimal deformation.
You can jelq everyday, but 7 days a week for a month I think will do more harm than good.
Regardless I do by how my body and how I want to PE. If I don't want to PE, I don't, its pretty simple. Every now and then I take a decon break because I don't want any part of my body getting so conditioned that I can't gain anymore. And if you do a lot of jelqing then you'll notice that 100 becomes 200 beause you get conditioned and 100 just doesn't do enough to cause growth anymore.

I think it boils down to watching your PIs, honestly. For me, there have been times in the past few weeks where I went 5 days in a row on a light routine and my PIs were great. I have done 2x1 with a more intense routine and my PIs were terrible.

jelqing correctly. Much like if you go to the Gym, you actually impede your gains by overtraining. It doesnt make sense when you think about it, but in real life rest and recoup is just what the PE'er ordered, or so I found anyway.
