As I stated in my log I reached a point a month or so ago where my BPFSL and BPEL are now the same. I'm still an inch or so away from my length goal so I really need some advice. I have almost eliminated girth work from my routine now and am focused on the streches from JP's routine along with some bundled streches and V streches.

Wondered if anyone in this situation has had decent results and what methods they used to over come this and continue to make gains?

Will also start some light hanging 2 or 3 sets with 1lb to start and hope to quickly build to more, depending on PI's. I have been doing PE for many years on and off so my unit is pretty conditioned for some more advanced workout material.

Will have to have an imposed decon break from the 4 August for at least a couple of weeks due to surgery.
