Since I recently started, I´m also edging, but I´d like to know how often and when should I do them? Like for now, my routine is warming, stretching, jelqs, V-jelqs (90 day routine) edging, warm down.
Should I edge at a diferent time of the day? If I do the normal 90 day routine in the morning should I edge at night? or just like I´m doing? and any negative efects if I edge in the morning and before I sleep?
Also I do Kegals during the day.
