First off, Im new here having joined today after hours upon hours of research online and my brain hurts...
Real simple..... What works and what doesnt?
I see hundreds if not over a thousand products to buy all with testimonials stating that there the best. Each one of course....
So as far as pumps, which is the best for gaining lenght and girth both erect and flacid. Is there one that will do it or do i need multiple ones?
The weights and strechers i know i will never use, just dont have that much alone time to use those products.
What about the creams? Do they work? If so which one and what is the result.
I saw a magnetic band that you place around yourself and wear,, is that thing for real? If so same question...
The hand streching and jelqing, it seems everybody dose that yet they are all useing some kind of hundred dollar product as well... whats the point of it then if you also need to spend the really big money to gain any results?
I hope these questions are fair, i know its gonna take some time but i just dont have the amount of time in my life to beon these fourms every day like i see alot of people are and thats great, just dosnt work with my life so i would love just some straight up awnsers on these questions so i dont have to go threw pump after pump after pill after pill...
by the way... do any of the pills actually work?
Also please... ive seen some posts by people saying that they are a 30 year pumper or a 15 year pumper... wtf? does it never become permanate, do you have to do it the whole rest of your life to keep any gain you have? why else would these people be pumping for 30 years?
again, sorry for all the questions, just want to grow my penis some, ive put on some weight in the last year and i swear my penis has gotten smaller..... and of course once its back to its great self it wouldnt hurt to make it a bit bigger as well if thats possible at all...

Welcome Resident!
In my view, the foundation of PE is the manual exercises. It's important to build up gradually & sensibly - so following JP's Beginners routine would probably be the best place to start.
Once I had done PE for about 8 months of PE I tried hanging but did not persist with it. I bought a Bathmate & like it, but realized that it must be used alongside my full manual routine.
Whilst I do take some supplements, I would attribute 99% of any gains I have made to the manual exercises & my routine usually takes no more than 20/25 minutes each day.
Lastly - consistency is the key to making gains, along with patience/belief when you hit plateaus & rest days eg 2 days on 1 day off.Vulcan

As vulcan said, welcome resident!
I've tried pills (several brands), my conclusion is they don't work (in regards to enlargement).
Never tried regular pumps or hanging and it's unlikely that I will.
Started PE with the Bathmate, I know many people are using it, but I led myself into overtraining using it.
Turned to manual PE when I found PEGym and Big Al's Male Enhancement Coach program (which I recommend).
I discovered that manual PE is what I believe in and feel comfortable with and just like vulcan I believe it is the foundation of all PE.
For inspiration and "proof", please read these threads:

I suggest you start with the same routine that vulcan suggested, you can find it here (you'll also find tips on supplements that will aid your PE):

Advice?
Start manual PE and go from there.

Be patient and dedicated.
Go easy and take great care.

Some people report improvements in erection quality, enhanced libido, or increases in volume of ejaculate with various supplements. They do not result in enlargement beyond what is the result of improved EQ.
There is no reason to buy any equipment starting out and you probably shouldn't. Try the beginner's program, stick with it for several months, and see what happens. Nobody can guarantee you will gain, nor tell you how much you will gain if you do.
If you do see some gains but they plateau after 6 months or so, then you might consider trying some device such as an extender, hanger, or pump.

Thanks for the info... Ill just start with that beginner routine and see what happens,,, I figured the suppliments were probably not the way to enlargment and the pumps kinda give me the impression that they may be more for masterbatory reasons?
