    I know there's a member's introduction forum but I hope you guys let me off the hook for posting this here. You see, a lot of you guys start PE with average and above average penii to start out with, but me, I'm below average.

    Something like 4.5 x 4.5. I wholeheartedly believe my penis is 'under-developed' because of shitty masturbation techniques as a child. The stimulation I put in with my hand was pathetic, simply to bring myself to orgasm as quickly as possible - without actually getting to know my unit. It seems like the fundamentals of natural manual PE is 'consistent progressive load'. That is, an increase in stimulation and volume over time.

    But that's going to change. One day, on this forum, I will request the administrator to change my username to "bigcock" or variations thereof if it's been taken.

    A little about me: I'm 19 and I definitely believe I've got a unit that will grow as far as I want to take it. Overall, I went through the whole negative phase about my unit that most small dicked men go through: self loathing, insecurity, etc. I'm past that. It's just an organ. But the fact that techniques exist for me to change it, just gives me the motivation to actually make that change come to fruition. I know I can do it because I already made a change in my body the past year: I've lost 70 pounds through educating myself on nutrition alone.

    I started doing PE yesterday, right now the routine I'm following is 5 minutes of hot wraps, 50 wet jelqs, 5 minutes of stretching, 50 wet jelqs and then ending off with 5 minutes of stretching. I'm doing the jelqing at 60-70% erection. 7 days a week.

    Today, before I even began my 2nd PE session, I have already noticed positive physical indicators: my dick is already thicker, looks vascular, and feels stronger. Basically, my erection quality has improved after just one PE session. I even had a hard time not jelqing at 100% erection.

    Anyways, so there it is. The beginning of my journey. I'd like to hit 6 x 5 by the end of this year, and then evaluate where I'd like to end up in the bigger leagues I'll be documenting the journey via pictures as well so hopefully few years from now someone can use MY story to change themselves like I am using the experiences of other guys who've done it to push me to where I want to be.

    Hi Good Man! I like your attitude, and I predict great success for you. I knew an Aussie who started (same time as I did) with your stats, and ended up after a year with a 7.5" x 6" dick, mostly from manual p.e. and also hanging. So there you go. He would always tell me that he was convinced the men who did not gain simply did not put in the proper time and effort. I'm not sure if his take on this is totally true, but I do know that with adequate time, the right attitude, and the right combo of exercises, you can end up with a cock equally large. Best of luck!
