Hey all how are you??
I just wanted to ask if anyone knows if the "ENLARGEL" is good for warming up as instead of A towel or any of the other methods?
Thanks!

Hi and welcome to the forums.
I wouldn't recommend using a gel or oil as a warm up method. You should do a real heated warm up. There are no shortcuts to be taken or gains to be made from skipping the warm up, doing so would only be counter progressive. The warm up is important! Check out this article from PEGym regarding warm ups.
Also next time, since you are very new here, consider posting in the Beginner's Forum - which is also where you'll find answers to most of your questions. Start by reading through the stickies!

No, Enlargel is not for warming up and I actually don't feel any warmth come from it when I put it on.

Don't skip the warm up. I recommend a rice sock instead of a hot towel..

i also have a warm up question?? is it ok to warm up in the shower with the hot water pouring on the penis for ten minutes or will that cause injury

Its OK, a lot of guys do a shower warm up, you just have to make sure you get it warm enough for a thorough heating.
If you ever get a chance to use the rice sock, give it a go. I think you will like it a lot.

I recommend rice socks also. They stay warm forever.
I normally use a shower warm up though because of my job, but if it's a late night session I break out the rice sock.

Would you say it's neccesary to warm up for kegels?? They say you can do kegels anywhere; in the car, at work etc.. So is a warm up not needed?

No, just kegel when ever you please.
