I almost always separate my kegel exercises from my regular PE workouts, because it saves me time and I like it. I was thinking of doing my Kegel exercises every other day, my routine at the moment is based on a 2 on 1 off, but sometimes I do 3 on 1 off, etc. During my workouts I do a lot of Kegeling while warming up, jelqing and squeezing and of course if I edge - of course not as intense as my Kegel workouts, but I'm a bit worried that my PC muscles won't get enough rest. Haven't had any bad PI's or body clues during the week I've done them every other day.
My question: Would you recommend (a) that I do my Kegel exercises on the days when I do my other PE exercises, meaning that I'd be doing them more often than every other day or (b) that I do them every other day, meaning that they will will also be done on days off (just a strict every other day approach)?
Really appreciate your recommendations.

I would think, you already have enough strength for mmo/ stamina ,you must continue your techinical training which is progressing well.
An increased kegal routine may increase blood flow/eq ,but remember diminishing returns. Pirate would be a good person to discuss this with.

I do a seperate kegal work out 3-4 times a week, maybe 3-4 sets of 50-75 kegals with a 20 second kegal in between. But during my workouts, I kegal for the first 10 seconds of every stretch, then of course while edging I will occasionally as well.

Larry, this kegel routine I do takes less than 10 minutes, is based on a typical lifting routine, and works your pc to failure. I need at least a day, and usually take two days off afterwards. My last set I can hold now for a little over two minutes before failure, and was probably at 45 seconds max when I started. The question becomes however, when is enough enough, or is there such a thing as overkill? I don't know the answer to that one.

Great question, Larry.
Kegels serve several roles in a well balanced PE program.
I used to do my routine every other day regardless of the schedule for the rest of my PE routine. I did this because my primary focus was to build muscle strength. Building muscles want a 48 hour cycle of work and rest.
However, recently, I have changed my focus more towards growth. Upon Big Al's suggestion, I am including my kegel workout in the stamina work at the end of my PE routine. There, it compliments the length and girth work by improving blood flow and speeding healing and, therefore, growth.
So....
If your priority is building strength for EQ, DO, MMO: I suggest going hard every other day.
If your priority is growth: I suggest going at the end of your PE routine. If you are PEing 2 On/1 Off, go light-ish on Day 1 and hard on Day 2. Rest on Day 3.

It makes very much sense. At the moment I'm going to prioritize growth and therefore do it at the end of my PE workouts.
