Thread: advice about my current routine

my current routine consists of:
3 sets using a sock hanger with a light/medium wieght. Each set is 20min.
360 wet jelqs and 300 v jelqs
3 sets of clamping for 30 seconds
Edge throughout the day
But I haven't gained much yet but I will remain dwdicated!

oh and I do this randomly throughout the day in any order.

Millia will have more info on hanging but that is already an intense exercise. Are you sure you need that many jelqs? Think about it, its 660 jelqs total.
