I don't understand why people use this example all the time. It has been proven that the people that "Stretch their necks" don't stretch their necks at all. Its their collar bones and shoulders that are pushed down over time. So if you took that theory into PE, you would be pushing your pubic bone back? I don't think so.

For a smart guy you can be such a fool (love you too).
Notice, most guys doing aerobic training only get to 50 or 60 something ,regardless of how they train. Some geniticly blessed guys will get a bit more, but again run into a wall, even they don't keep gaining until they they are 100 plus. This of course, illustrates it is not just a matter to keep training to keep gaining. As I stated in a previous post; look at the concept. Lots of high school dropouts understood perfectly what I was geting at.

I don't kn ow i think the limitation is all in the mind.

The adaptability of the cardio-aerobic system is limited by nature and nurture. The physiological processes involved are not similar to PE'S. I see what you're getting out me this and I'm allowing my arrogance to convolute my thought process. One big limitation with pe is the taxing work we provide on cellular proliferation regardless of tissue type. Genetics again plus involvement of how taxing your exercises can alter fibrous tissue concentrations limiting penile growth.. but again that would depend on the taxing work you provide... its beneficial to not treat your penis like a skeletal muscle... its not... but if you're a 'smart' PEer You should theoretically maximize gains and limit scar tissue accumulation. I can hypothetically see +3-4" over y years if the pe is disciplined. And please don't call me a fool... I didn't call you anything... but I arrogantly did attempt to refute your arguement... the aerobic system is STILL much different in limitation than that of altering biologically active tissue concentrations by providing a stress. AlVeolar exchange and o_2 diffusion at the muscle site plus cardiac output limitations are more dependent on genetic limitations and are less adaptable to nurture but do have room for improvement a t relative to penile tissue or skeletal muscle... which are more so.

It should be noted that unless and until a bunch of guys volunteer to have their dicks biopsied serially as they do PE, all of this "cellular proliferation" stuff is purely theoretical.
