  • Post beginner routine

Hey everyone. I've been at it for about a year now, and consistently for the last seven months. I'm looking on some input for ways to improve my routine. I feel like the amount of work I'm putting in isn't equaling the gains I should be having. Here's what I've been doing for the last four or five months:

    -five minute warmup
-four sets of left, right, straight out basic stretch for 15 seconds each
-four sets of tunica stretch, a stretch, and mandingo stretch for 30 seconds each
-30 to 40 minutes wet jelq
-ulis for 45 seconds (five to ten of those)
    -edging
    -cooldown

I usually do this for about four to five days a week, taking a day or two off completely and a day without the ulis

Since you've been doing it over a year, why don't you add in some advanced exercises? Like erect stretches and bundled stretches?
