Thread: Returning to PE after 1 year

I have returned to PE Gym after 1 year. It just kills me to think about where I would be right now had I never discontinued the exercises. I did the exercises for about 2 months and saw substantial gains. My performance has been amazing for some time but recently started experiencing Premature Ejaculation. I have gotten back into the exercises A. Because I love it B. Because i still haven't reached my goal and C. I want more control and for the Premature Ejaculation to stop. It only happens now and with the first nut... After the first one i can stay erect and go for a much longer time. I used to be able to rock it hard for almost an hour coming several times... sex god status... don't know what the problem is...
Anyways I know PE will solve the problem... When I did PE in the past i experimented with many different routines and have decided to jump back into my last routine... So far it seems that this has been a wise choice as i have done it for day 1 and experienced positive PI's

DAY 1 - Return 2 PE Routine
1. 5-Minute Warm-Up
2. Basic Stretching
Behind the Cheeks LEFT RIGHT & CENTER for 30 Seconds
Downward LEFT RIGHT & CENTER for 30 Seconds then ROTARIES: 25 Cranks
Straight Out LEFT RIGHT & CENTER for 30 Seconds then ROTARIES: 25 Cranks
Upward LEFT RIGHT & CENTER for 30 Seconds then ROTARIES: 25 Cranks
3. 100 Wet Jelqs
4. 100 PC Squeezes
5. Testicle Health Massage
• Massage fluid for 60 Seconds
• Massage each testy for 30 Seconds
• Stretch Penis Up/Scrotum Down 30 Times
• Stretch Scrotum Up/Penis Down 30 Times
6. Warm Down
DAY 2 - First time edging
Had an edging session today for 25 min before coming. Have experienced all positive PI's since yesterdays workout and EQ was amazing today...
I would like some input as to how often I should be working out... Is 5 days on 1 day off better or 1 day on 1 day off and eventually 2 days on 1 day off... how much recovery do I really need?
Also would it be ok to do 1 day Stretching and jelqing and 1 Day edging or balooning and so on cycling between the two... or mix in the edging with my current routine...
I would appreciate any advice anyone has for me...
