    Is it just me? Does anyone else find days off tough? I want to just keep doing PE! What do you guys do on your days off? I traction wrap once or twice a day just because I have to feel like I'm doing something..
    Starting: 4/1/10 - bpel 6.00 x 5.00 meg
    Current: 4/1/12 - bpel 7.30 x 5.20 meg, bpfsl 8.10
    Final Goal - bpel 7.75 x 5.75 meg
    If you just read this, do 10 quick kegels

    It's a mental thing Stretch.

    Motivation levels are so high early on, that it's hard to accept that resting is part of the strategy & vitally important.

      Depending on your routine you can do long edging sessions.
      I don't find days off tough, because usually they're spontaneous and unexpected. And that being so I don't think about PE at all.
      I find that the hardest thing about PE is the consistency.
      It's not just Penile Enhancement, it's a way of life.

        Important.

          What NP97 said. More of the mental aspect, you don't want to get burned out on PE. I know I have a tendency to do things in excess for around a month then stop. So with PE I do a rather light routine 2 days on, 1 day off. It drives me crazy, I know how you feel. Sometimes I'll be doing nothing on a day off and I feel like I need to stretch, bend, jelq, SOMETHING. But DO NOT do it. You'll thank yourself in the long run when you have an injury-free penis and excellent gains.

            I find it tough to take days off, but its just like training any other part of your body. If you dont let it rest you wont improve and grow. I treat myself to edging sessions on days off to keep my cock nicely filled with blood. I find it to be beneficial to me.

                haha i felt the exact same way during my first real week. i just wanted to keep going, who needs day off?!? lol luckily i stuck with the routine and rested. I have 3 days off a week, this is when I do cardio. and even on off days I do 100kegels + 50reverse kegels

                    I like to do occasional JAI's and/or fowfers on off days, but thats the extent of it.

                        I feel that once you become more advanced days off are important, but kinda different.
                        I have been skipping them lately. Sorta.
                        If my dick feels good I PE. That's where I'm at now. The day it is tired is the day I'm taking off.
