  • length routine?

    Are there any already made length routines?

    If not, then what are the best exercises for length?
    Now I might not have micropenis, but my penis is small enough for me to say it's small. I don't understand those who complain about 5 in erect penises. How I wish for something like that.

    Starting
    Flaccid Length: 2 inches
    Erect Length: 3 - 3.5 in

    Current
    Flaccid Length: 3 in
    Erect Length: 4 in

    Uh, I think stretching, low erection Jelqing (30% or so), possibly weight hanging if you're well conditioned. Then there's fowfers and bundled stretches etc.

      stretching and jelqing I can do. Weight hanging I'm not really keen on doing. I can't do fowfers and bundled stretches I should try. thanks

        This single thread is responsible for all of my gains. Try to feel your stretch. If you just grab it and pull you won't get anywhere. There's a sweetspot that you have to hit. You'll know when you get it. It'll feel really good if you do it right.

        Lately I've been doing these while erect or semi-erect with a lot of success. Be patient when you are doing this stretch. It might take 30 minutes to get your dick to loosen up.

            Supersize, you should look into a device called length master.
            i just got mine this monday, and its seems like it does all that it claims...
            i havent had i really good work out yet, but its because it takes time,
            to get used to device, and learn how to wrap..
            even do i havent been able to do a good routine yet,
            my flaccid is much longer than it normal is after stretching

                How would I know how much to do? etc.

                  thats okay. i have a 5 inch dick, but i still feel small. =( by girl doesnt complain, i told her its 6 and she buys it.

                            I got the PE book so I've been doing the length exercises coming out of there.
