Anyone use penis rings or wraps to prevent turtling? I started using a wide ace bandage and bandage tape to keep my flaccidity stout and pertinent, especially while I'm at the gym. I do it just tight enough so it won't turtle back and also that I can still urinate properly. Anyone else do it differently?

Is this purely preventative or does this increase your passive flaccid length?

I don't really do anything to prevent the turtle. Flaccid wise I have gone from about 3.5"-5.5" with the thickness going from about 3" to 5.25".
Let my body take the blood if it needs it elsewhere.Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG

I use an athletic wrap with velcro at the end. I do it simply because I want to heal in an extended state. I don't know if it helps or not. It CAN help with glans enlargement from what I have heard. You want it to be loose enough to pee with it on, you'll wear it a while.Starting: 4/1/10 - bpel 6.00 x 5.00 meg
Current: 4/1/12 - bpel 7.30 x 5.20 meg, bpfsl 8.10
Final Goal - bpel 7.75 x 5.75 meg

I have changed my mind about wrapping. I tried it, wasn't for me. Turtling is a penis' defensive mechanism so why should I mess with that? You can argue that keeping the penis in a long stretched stage will eventually lead to growth but for me it means that I am messing with the precious resting time my cock has. I am already giving him hell with other exercises so he really needs his total rest.

Here's some of your options that can help you prevent turtling:
1-a wrap: cheap, easy, but limited usefulness (which I'm sure you've noticed already)
2-golf swing weights (you can find these on "amazon" or at some sporting goods outlets like "bass pro shops"): they can pinch your skin, and even with 3x on your unit, its only 1lb of weight; you'll also have to find a way to attach them (e.g. thera-P wristband + cableclamp, or a wrap, etc etc). these are only useful for cementing gains/ helping you heal in an elongated state
3-ADS (All Day System) or Extender: penimaster or VAC Extender are two examples (there are many home-made versions that are ugly, but equally effective). You can actually use these to gain, but they can only generate about 5lbs of force, so the potential is not unlimited. Some of the high end versions cost a lot ($350+), while you can make a homemade version for maybe $20 (or even less). Once again, this is a great supplement to a PE workout, that will help you heal in an elongated state, and maximize your gains.
I already purchased some golf weights which I'll be using once they arrive. If I'm unhappy with the result or if 1lb has no effect on me, then I might build my own ADS/Extender.
In all 3x cases above, you can hide them in your pants. There are some exceptions depending on the kind of pants you're wearing and how thin you are--and the type of ADS you're using.
