    Just looking for some feedback on best jelqing techniques for normal wet jelqs. I have settled on underhand grip and my technique is ok but not sure if it could be improved. From the info I have seen, it seems a 5 second Jelq is best? Is this 5 seconds meaning a total time for both hands = one left hand then one right hand is 1 Jelq and takes 5 seconds. I usually do about 70 Jelqs in a set if I apply the above rule for 1 Jelq. Also unsure about erection level as I was working at about 50% and if anything it goes down slightly the majority of the time I Jelq. I am 4 months in to PE and feel maybe a higher erection level would give me a better workout. How high a % is safe and could ramping it up a bit improve gains?

    No master of the jelq by any stretch, but I've found that type of jelq, grip and intensity help target certain areas of you cock. V jelqs, for instance, really target the CC whereas a standard jelq seems to target the CS more (while conditioning your cock as a whole). I will occasionally rotate my hands (twisting motion) when I do V-jelqs so I'm hitting all areas of my cock and I will alternate between a standard jelq and a v-jelq (really intense).

    I would say your erection level should be about 40% - 60%. Near the end of my sets, my EQ is pushing 90% so I will increase the strength of my grip to compensate. I would say that a % of no higher would be optimal - something I'm shooting for - but every cock responds differently. Keep working until you find what works for you.

    I vary the length of the jelq (one hand) from 3 to 5 seconds. When I jelq during my pump breaks, I will generally go on the slower end to maximize pushing blood up into the glans. I often switch up the technique as far as the second hand goes- generally you grip the base when your first hand is approx halfway up. Sometimes I will wait until I am at the end and give myself a hard squeeze as I give a similar squeeze at the base

    Experimentation in PE is a wonderful thing. Keep working until you find what you respond to the best.

    I am not much for instructions. I don't like to do what other people do but I rather find my own way. So I guess I would advice you to try and experiment. But I write few ideas here for you to think about.

    1) It doesn't matter how you count the seconds and reps (one hand or two hands that is one Jelq or two Jelqs). You decide man! But usually if guys say 'I do 5 second Jelqs', they mean one hand Jelq lasts 5 seconds.

    2) Actually, don't count! Don't count anything. Set a flexible time that 'hmm, maybe I jelq 10 minutes today'. Then you jelq and if after 10 minutes you feel that your penis is not engorged enough for you, maybe do a couple of minutes more. In my mind, it is not the number of Jelqs or minutes but the stage of my penis that decides that now this is enough! Because if you read threads, guys always try to achieve that fat, engorged penis. If they get that, then they know they had a good workout. Quality before quantity!

    3) Others might disagree and say that you have to keep a count. Count is important! But if you are 4 months into PE, you can decide yourself. You know something about PE already because you are thinking if higher erection level would be better. I am not going to comment the erection level. Mine changes all the time so I cannot say if a certain level has given me more growth. I might start jelqing with a 0% erection and reach to 100%, where I edge.

    4) Try kegeling while jelqing. For example, I am around 40% holding O-grip at the base of the penis. Then I jelq and stop at the middle of the shaft. Then I kegel a couple of rapid Kegels and release the O-grip just enough to let the blood flow to the glans. Then I close the O-grip again. What I am doing is that I am filling the shaft with blood and not letting it get away by holding the O-grip. Then I finish the Jelq. You can also kegel blood in in the beginning of the Jelq while you have your grip at the base of the penis. This is quality before quantity and every time I leave my cock hanging engorged and bigger than ever!

    In the end, I would say that read a lot about jelqing. The articles and exercise guides are here to help. Also check some threads about jelqing. Many guys post threads about the Power Jelqs they have discovered. And finally, use your energy on finding your own quality Jelq rather than thinking '1 second, 2 seconds, 3 seconds change, 1 second, 2 seconds, 3 seconds, change'!

    I think it is definitely about finding your own way, its just that I think getting others input is important to ensure different techniques are tried out properly. I do some V Jelqs every other session but feel the standard Jelq is more vital to gains.
    Elias, I will try add a few Kegels to the Jelqs, don't know why but I have never done this. Odd because I do kegel sometimes
    when stretching but your technique makes perfect sense and is probably more beneficial to a Jelq. I think I am already on the right road with the Jelqs but just thought I would get some views, thanks.
