  • Devoloping New Routine

    Football camp starts next Monday, and for the first week of camp I'm taking a rest week. The second week of camp, I'm going to need to develop a new routine since I will no longer have an hour to spare...and the same goes for when school starts (my classes are cramped together).

    This is what I'm thinking:

    5 minute warm-up
    5 minute stretches
    150 OK jelqs (should take about 7 minutes at 3 second strokes)
    12 minute clamp
    100 OK jelqs (5 minutes)

    Total time: 34 minutes, but knowing me probably 40.

    Any opinions?
