    Hi everyone,

    Thanks everybody for this wonderful forum. I was wondering if some of the experts might help me answer a question- some of the spiritual practices I'm into regarding circulating Qi and such recommend abstaining from masturbation and casual sex (though circulating with a committed partner is good). Part of the appeal of PE for me is that it allows me to maintain penis health without feeding lust... This may make me an unusual PE case. I'm wondering how much people think this will hurt my ability to gain? I'm comfortable inducing a full erection after a PE session, but probably won't be trying to build up too much energy as it can be difficult for me to circulate properly... Anyway, any thoughts from experienced PEers or those sympathetic to my situation would be much appreciated. Currently I'm a little over a month into the JP90.

    After doing some quick research on circulating Qj and how it affects Yin/Yang, I found it very interesting. I don't see how it would affect your PE at all since the Huiyin cavity is one of the places on the body that allows for release (if I understand it correctly). I would think that PE allows for a greater release and would help keep you in balance. How this would affect your gains? I don't see it having any correlation at all. Most exercise are done at lowered erection levels anyway. And you mentioned that circulating with a committed partner is good so I would think you could maximize your erections during those times it possible.

    Hope this helps with what little info I gathered from the subject. I plan on reading more about it - looks very interesting ....

      Thanks my friend. I take my spiritual life very seriously but am simultaneously struggling with a vicious porn habit- there is a terrible war in my psyche! I am really hoping PE can keep my sex organs and sexuality in balance a bit...

        Hey bud don't attack yourself like that. There's nothing terrible about wanting to bang some hot chicks. There IS a war going on but it's not just in your mind. Men and Women are at it like cats and dogs.

          I've been there with the porn habit - takes a lot of time and patience to get over it. Even now, years later, I still have to watch myself or I can easily find my internet time getting sucked into site after site ... I tried quitting 'cold-turkey' way too many times to count and each one ended in failure. But one thing I found that helped was staying busy outside of the house, or on projects (if they were on the computer) that had to consume a lot of my time. Gradually I found the "want" to look at it become less and less.

          You can do it - take your time and it'll come.

            Thanks guys. Yeah, managing sexual energy is just something I still have yet to master. I have had some success in the past though so I am encouraged. The sexual force is so powerful, for good or bad...

              I'm much like you, although I've never publicly shared this before.

              Actually, there are ways of doing flaccid jelqs (mostly for length); which helps avoid needing to constantly induce partial erections. The method is mostly just sitting down, then pointing your unit downward, and then jelqing down. If you're interested, I'll share more.

              This is partly what made me choosing hanging as my primary method of gaining. It only requires light jelqing, and kegels and you can make great gains from it. You actually never want to be erect while hanging (so self control pays off here).
