Thread: Possible Lig Strain??

So I have been sticking to my routine (4 or 5 on / 2 or 3 off) pretty good for the last month, and have finally started seeing some small gains after picking up the intensity and duration of my stretching. Well long story short, I was stretching, after my normal 10 or 15 minute shower warm up, and everything went good. Well later that night I noticed how sore I was in the lower penile region (right next to your belly), and how deep the soreness went (felt like it was inside my fat pad almost). So I left my unit alone for the next 2 days, thinking I just had a really good workout and the soreness was a good sign. Well here I am a good 3 days later, and it definitely is not as sore as it was, but when I tug on it or put any strain on it, and may I add this only happens in the downward position, i still feel a soreness. And I can't feel it unless I pull on it. So there is no pain when it's just chillin . Now I'm wondering if its either :
A.) Still just healing from the intense workout and is nothing to worry about. Just give it time to rest and heal up fully before continuing your routine.
B.) I F**KED something up, and possibly strained a lig. Don't even think about touching that thing for at least the next 2 months.
My EQ is still a 9 or 10. Either way, its still good. I get frequent, and hard erections throughout the day. Morning wood is solid, no turtling, no spotting, nothing that indicates something is wrong. Besides the soreness that is. So is this just a normal sign of a good, hard workout? Or does anyone think that after 3 days of no PE, it should have gone away. I am not going to do anything with it until that slight pain is gone for a good few days, but I would still like to hear from some people who have had this problem and could enlighten me a little.

No one here will advise you to take a risk with breaking your penis. If something doesn't heal within a day or so, it means you pushed too hard & you're injured. You can do a hot rice sock (20 minutes) whatever, but you shouldn't PE on an injured penis.
