DLD's thinking is that if you are at 100% and add 10% expansion you are now at 110%. If you are at 70% and add 25% expansion you are only at 95%. The question than becomes is 10% expansion at 100% more or less stressful to cells than a 25% additional expansion at a lower erection level. One thing for sure, at 100% I don't think any of us have strong enough fingers to move any extra blood doing V's. Since there aren't any scientific studies on this, my opinion could be wrong, but I believe it is the amount of increased blood flow that is key. At any erection level your penis "expects" X amount of blood, but if you blast it with more blood you shock the cells when they are unexpectedly expanded. Add a slow jelq to increase the time these cells are expanded, and I believe you will see improved girth gains. In addition, the margin for error when 100% erect is much less than when at lower levels, thus a mistake while jelqing at 100% could be quite serious. For me personally I shoot for about 70%, but naturally that level varies throughout the workout.

That's a fairly open-ended question; I'll still try & take a stab at it....
By jelqing at 100% you're turning an exercise normally safe for beginners into something much more dangerous & advanced. You're also turning something that gives a good balance of length & girth gains (lets say a 50% erection), into something that will really only provide girth (100% erect = 100% girth work).
If you've reached your length goals, and you're up to advanced girth work, then go for it if you want. Otherwise, I worry that girthwork in general (perhaps even including 100% erection jelqs) can interfere with length gains.

I find it interesting that you guys can even truly get to 100% without the aid of a partner. I have to say that the only time i am at 100% is with passion. Maybe 90-95% would be the normal, but 100%? BTW, even though I am new to PE in general, I have been doing kegel's for a while and do not consider myself to have EQ issues.

I am with you 100% movin. Even when my EQ sucks, bring momma into the picture and everything is fine again!! On the other hand, even if I got to 100% while PE'ing it would be short lived to say the least. My jelqing pretty much takes place between 50%+ and 70%+ probably 95% of the time.
