    So I've done a bunch of reading about this limiting factor of smooth muscle vs tunica. My bpel is around 8.25 and my bpfsl is slightly below that due to head expansion. So even to gain girth i need to do length exercises?

    You can just do girth work. Only girth exercises are required to gain girth.
