I am new to this forum, officially.
But i have personal experience to share, related to penis enlargement. This purely based on research followed by personal experimentation of the findings. Quite positive one. I have followed and stuck to my schedule, as much as possible. On 28-JAN-2010, I actually started experimenting with my dick for enlarging it. On 28-JUL-2010, I measured 6.1" (length, BPEL) and 6.3" (girth). I have gains in flaccid length and girth too.
Six Months, Length Gains (BPEL): 1.4", Girth Gains: 0.7"
The first thing which i did (which might not be possible for people due to personal reasons or whatever) - I went in for a kind of semi-circumcision (removal of frenulum). The organ now has the look and feel of a circumcised one, but has all the advantages of an uncircumcised one.
I recommend this for anyone who needs to enlarge their penis.
Next, I purchased penis enlargement pills, along with which i got multi-vitamin tablets as well.
Penis Enlargement Pills are not really required, but they do help. Multi-vitamin tablets are a must throughout.
I did not do any PE exercise for about three-four weeks , since my penis had to recover from the frenuloplasty. But i continuously had the enlargement pills and multi-vitamin tablets. Then i started on PE exercises, based on the website provided by the company from which i had purchased from the pills. Additionally, I did a extensive research on the internet for the best exercises and made my own plan. I purchased an extender and penis massage oil (for the purpose of exercises). I used to have a routine of 6 days on and 1 day off. The most important thing is that about three-four weeks after you start your exercises, you should set realistic goals for yourself and work towards it (this should be based on your research on the internet, people sharing their experience and then apply it to yourself based on your results of three-four weeks) I have come up with the following plan, which is ideal for me, after six months of experimenting:
6 Exercises for Length (One Grip Stretch, Two Grip Stretch, Massage Stretch, Curved Stretch, Twisted Stretch, Power Stretch)
6 Exercises for Girth (200/300 Jelqs, 50 Power Jelqs, Head Gripping/Twisting, Squeeze, Delayed Squeeze, Mid Squeeze)
Penis Extender (Length) - Two Hours Daily, Progressively Increase the Stretch Limit
Penis Massage Oil (Girth) - During Exercises (Try not to wash it off after exercise.)
Multi-Vitamin Tablets, Fish Oil Tablets
I have spent close to 1000 USD for this whole thing, including buying extenders and oils. I find this set of exercises and my routine giving me good results, hence my new and final target is 8.1" (Length, BPEL) and 7.4" (Girth). I know this is almost like a pornstar and could be unachievable. But I will spend the next six months trying this. In next six months, if i am close to that (atleast within 0.2 inches of it) - I will stop all my exercises and then hope that my dick remains in the same state always. The following six months, without doing any exercise, if my measurements remain the same - I will be the self proclaimed PE guru!
(And have sex like a bunny )
