    I've been p.e.ing for a total of about a year over the last couple years and a bunch for the last 7 months....

    I have a slight baseball bat shaped penis and want to focus most on base girth. I've started doing some reverse jelqs. I've also just started this below which feels great....and haven't seen anyone else post about it.

    Base Girth Squeeze:
    -I get fully erect or close to it.
    -I squeeze the top half of my penis almost as hard as I can with an entire hand for 20-30secs.
    -I repeat after 30 secs or so.

    I can really feel the pressure of the blood on the base of the penis.

    Does anyone think this will work?

    Plus does anyone else have any other good ideas for base girth?

    I don't know much but if your doing a tight squeeze on your head this could be harmful to it. And i'd imagine that if you just did any basic girth exercise it would even out your shaft in girth eventually. My recommendation would be to do uli's and really focus on getting that base grip as far into the pubic bone as possible

    I have unintentionally gained 1" of base girth from hanging (yes, I got girth while going for length gains). I have no idea why I gained so much base girth hanging, I may be an easy girth gainer, I am not sure. I don't even hang that much weight (yet)

    The only problem though is about 1/3 of hangers don't gain base girth at all, and most probably gain more about .5" after hanging maybe 6 months to a year. Some people use hanging to counter-act the baseball bat effect.

    Hanging doesn't give MSEG, so it wont effect anything except the base of your shaft.

    If you are still interested in length gains you can kill 2 birds with one stone....

    As far as damaging the head, I'm not sure. I haven't felt any pain.... Think I could really damage something with what I'm doing?

    I've done uli's and clamping but I wonder if either of these can really increase the base as much as the higher parts of the penis?

    I wonder this because the very base of the penis in both is being squeezed and not expanded at all....

    I was reading your Hanging 101 thread earlier today and was getting excited until I got to one point which saddened me...... It said that I have to do the haging almost every day which for me isn't practical.

    It's not practical for me because I'm a pilot and live on the road over half my life. I can't drag around weights and hanging materials in my overnight bag and definitely don't want the nosey TSA asking questions about the stuff!!

    Hmm.. yes, the TSA wont give you much room at all for privacy.

    I worry that inconsistent hanging would make your tissues too strong and interfere with your manual routine gains. From what you're saying it sounds like you're stuck with manual work because of privacy issues.

    Maybe you could figure out a way to use an ADS or an extender-- although either of those may result in some awkward questions too.

    Do you think an ADS would increase base girth like hanging? It makes sense that it could....

    I actually have a silicon vacuum ADS (very small/no big metal rods/ packs easily in my toiletry bag) that I take with me on my trips but I don't use it much at all because of this:
    Maybe I pull too hard with it but the vacuum pulls completely on the head of penis and if I use it too long or pull too hard my penis head gets slightly deformed and this tissues come up looking slightly cauliflowerish....

    I think you were addressing this in your hanging 101 thread a little bit weren't you? You were saying that you have to tape the penis head somehow? Could I do this with the vacuum ADS?

    Also do you or anyone else think that my BASE GIRTH SQUEEZE will do damage to my penis head or penis?

    I theorize that if hanging heavy weights (I don't hang myself, but I owuld say over 5-6 pounds and up) the base of the penis must grow to support the traction being placed on it.

    Chuck6877: i hear a lot of different exercises that increase length also give a bit of girth, and that it's not just hanging. I don't know specifically for devices such as ADS, or Extenders... I haven't studied those as much as I have focused on hanging.

    I guess I forgot the original issue: base girth... You could always research the subject...

    So back to the original post and my Base Girth Squeeze.....

    Anyone else have any opinions on it?
    Think it will work?
    Be a safe advanced exercise?

    Also I've researched base girth exercises a lot and all people say is reverse jelq from what I've found....
