Thread: Weird Trick

Hey everyone,
I was researching for Kegel videos on the internet and came across this video of this guy that showed how he did the kegel exercises. At the beginning of the video he had a flaccid penis and it was wrapped around his sac (call it hidden). As he did the exercises (he got hard!) it pop out and grew to a huge length.
I wondered if that was just a trick or something. And no Im not making it up!

Could it be do to he had a large sac and small flaccid length?

I'm not sure, but it sounds like he needs to do some PE & work on that baby flaccid.
I'm a grower too.. I think that's almost more motivation for me than erect length (having a big flaccid).
This might sound twisted, but I compared my baby's arm to part of my arm... I noticed on saturday night live this guy kept calling his penis his "Baby Arm"... so anyway, I measure part of my arm (which I had compared to my baby's arm) and it was about 9.5" (donkey size)

Kegels (How to do them & Why)
Towel Raises
You have to start very light with towel raises, I would wait until you're used to doing a few hundred kegels in a day & be careful with those.

I'm not sure what it advised on towel raises, but I suggest you wait until you're at least done with the JP90 routine, or your first 3 months of consistent PE. I would start with a washcloth or something lighter than a towel too, and work up slowly.
Maybe some guys do it sooner, but I worry it will be too much if you do it too early.
You'll know its too much if you get negative PIs or severely reduced EQ, whatever. After you finish the newbie routine that will hopefully set a baseline for what your PIs are (assuming you get some growth).
