  • Kegeling whiles Jelqing

    Does anyone else Kegel whilst they Jelq? If so have you noticed and increase in gain or other anything else positive? I'm assuming that Kegeling whilst Jelqing would increase the blood flow to the penis and therefore increase gains. I usually hold a Kegel for every two Jelqs and then a reverse Kegel for every two, I do this throughout my routine.
    Start: BPEL: 6.6 Inches, EG: 4.3 Inches
    Goal: BPEL: 7 Inches, EG: 5 Inches
    Ultimate Goal
    : BPEL: 8 Inches, EG: 6 Inches

    I use kegeling to control my erection level while jelqing but I have not combined kegel holds with jelqing.

      I often kegel just prior to making my grip. Timed right you can trap a nice amount of extra blood just prior to jelqing. I also kegel just prior to doing uli's, compressions and squeezes.

        When I jelqed I would kegel hard so I got a nice, noticeable glans swell, and then proceed to do my jelq. Even though I never stuck with it I think it has the potential for serious gains.

          I think every experienced PEer uses kegels to some extent to maintain an erection level during jelqs, towel raises, clamping, or other exercises (that require it).

            It was like common sense to me. I've been doing this since the start of doing PE and got great gains within a 2 month period. So yes I think it helps. Keep it up.

                I've recently started kegeling while jelqing but I don't do it too much since it often results in my erection becoming too hard. I've been able to jelq myself "back" to a lower erection on occasion but that technique is more miss than hit.
