Ok, so hold on, it's not very clear to me though, how many days a week should i be following this routine? is it only this routine that i should be doing? or should i be doing some stretches and warm ups before? (perhaps implement it onto my ongoing routine or completely stop what i'm doing now for slammers) Supra doesn't really talk about it much like we do on this forum, i mean the workout itself is essential, but what comes before and after is also important too.
Any advice would be awesome!

I have a hard time moving my hand up my penis for 5-10 seconds I don't know why I just lose my grip or slip up or whatever. Also, do erect bends work and if so could I incorporate them into there? What about flaccid bends?

Also should I do dry or wet jelqs? I have foreskin so that gets really dry if I don't use lube and wit dry jelqs, for some reason it feels more like you're just stretching your skin than actually pushing blood.

I have a pretty good understanding of these but still one question:
Do you start the next slammer immediately after finishing the first? Or do you balloon and edge again?
Because if you balloon and edge again, then you are literally coming to the PONR 10-20+ times and the entire session must take forever. Plus I don't even know if that's possible.Started October 2008: 5.50 NBPEL x 4.25 MSEG

I have been doing supra slammers for a few weeks now with great results. When I do them I kegel to the count of 10 then uli at the base and clamp just under the glands (sometime using 2 fingers at the base and at the glands) I hold the squeeze to 30 seconds and release the hand under the glands then gently massage the gland causing my penis and glands to expand even more then jelq a few times. I repeat this process for 20 reps working up to 3O reps.

Glad to know someone else uses this method. I find edging just take way to long for me, probably because when I edge I do it for hrs. Maybe I should cut back on edging for awhile.
