    My way of doing slammers is as follows:
    -stroke the member until I get 100% erection (sometimes very close to the edge)
    - hold and Uli for 30s
    - follow with a 15s jelq (very slow and carefull, yet strong)
    - hold under the head for 10-15s and pull, so the penis body is streched.

    I do 6 reps now (see my last log post for my workout).

    Same as I am doing dude. However; I go to ponr for each rep. which makes the workout never ending, and sometimes I mess up not being able to hold it. But it does drives the most blood into my shaft.

    today was the first day i ever did supra slammers without accidentally finishing.

    does it really matter if i finished all the other times? today i held on for dear life and was able to hold it. im great at edging. but the squeezing causes more stimulation and it kills me while trying to hold it in. today i almost blacked out lol.

    so i was playing around with these during my last workout.. i didnt do them entirely right but they definately give your penis a good workout.. the day after i was recovering for the first time in a long time.. my eq was extremely low.. while masturbating i kept getting hard then going soft.. next day better but still recovering.. and no.. there was no injury.. just an exhausted member.

    im gona go on a stretching and supra slammer routine starting tonight.. we shall see how well it works out.

    i have a hard time with the supra slammers. i can never get a 100% hard on. im lucky if its at 80%. i just edge and hold it, then release a bit and do kegels to fill it up more. then hold it. then move it up and hold it. while im holding. i do light jelqs. then when i get to the hold below the glands, i do either regular jelqs or reverse jelqs.

    When you first start doing these, do you still stretch and jelq before or go straight into the slammers after a warm up?

    personally I stretch and jelq before doing slammers, so my member is ready for the intense workout.

    Make sure you go through a longer warm up than usual, and dont forget to do some jelqs before SS.
