Depends what you mean by "a few times". If it's "a few times a week" then it's probably gonna help. If it has been a few times in all then I don't think anything will change. Besides I hear that this exercise requires considerable conditioning or else it can be harmful.

I'd wait around six months. Or start them already, but do only 10 at the beginning, then work your way up to 20 one at a time every three days on routine or so. This should well be enough not to hurt your Svenson.
BTW, I've got a question of my own: is 20 the limit per session or can I go over that?I like making my wee wee larger

I'm doing 25 per session. First getting to strong erection, then a 30 sec uli, then a jelq to the top, than clamping at the base and below the head for another 30 secs.

Just performed 15 of these for the first time(or as near as I could understand).
Warmed up, did some stretches, some jelqs to get him prepared. Got myself to as close as 100% erect as I could. Ok gripped at the base and squeezed. This automatically got me kegeling. Held for maybe 5 seconds as I gradually moved my grip up about .5". I tried to jelq from there but I didn't feel much so what I did was OK grip under the glans with my other hand and squeezed from there. It shortens the exercise but it did make my dick look crazy vascular. I did this 15 times. Felt good, looked good. I didn't ejaculate.
Any comments from the guys who are experiencedwith this exercise? Should I change anything? I really like these. I hope I don't overtrain. Oh, which reminds me. Since Supra Slammers are very intense, do you think I should take 48 hours off between routines? I usually workout 3 days per week / 1 on 1 off.

I think the best (and safest) approach is to carefully find out what works for you and PE adaptively as opposed to by a routine. I've discussed this at length (no pun intended) with some of the biggest gainers on the site and we seem to be in agreement. I wouldn't take more time off between workouts, I would just adjust the workout for the condition your penis is in on any given day. If he's beat up, maybe give the slammers a pass that day. The better you get to know yourself and the better you learn to adapt workout to workout, the more success you'll have. Guaranteed.
