Well, maybe you should search as far as the first page
I have done 2 solid months of PE, (jelqs), lately I have started to try a few squeezes and even Ulis, I wonder about trying these, starting by 3 every other day and then adding a few. Is it really dangerous if I do 3 of them to see how they feel, and very slowly build up from there?

All I can say is be careful with supras, high risk injury. Just make sure your healthy,conditioned, and well warmed up for this. Learn from my experience

Woo I must admit I tried 5 of them a few days ago, I did them light, only 10 to 15 sec Uli , jelqed very slowly to the head, and then squeezed there for an other 10 sec, the jelqs were crazily intense, I won't do them again before some time!!
BTW i didn't notice temporary expansion like those I have heard of.
I would say I could do them with a lower erection level, but I'll try Bil Al's squeezes instead, much more gentle.

So I finally tried these today and I'm convinced these, along with bundled stretches will put me on the path to a 6 inch girth.
The entire rep lasted 1.5 minutes. I did 10 reps over the course of 40 minutes.
30 sec ULI
20-25 sec slow jelq to the head
10-15 sec big AL squeeze
10 sec reverse jelq to meet my hand at the base
10-15 sec ULI with both hands to finish it up
Intense!Starting: 1/14/12
BPEL 7.25 x 4.75(both MEG & BEG)
Update 4/15/14
BPEL 7.75 x 5.25 MEG, 5.625 BEG
Goal:
BPEL 8.5 x 6.5+
