I would suggest that in the beginning (first few weeks) take your proper rest days seriously.. You will need it after a serious clamping session trust me. Once you start getting more into your clamping routine after a few weeks, then I would say its ok to do some manual PE on your rest days.. My opinion is that since your doing clamping sessions anyways, then use your off days to do a simple length routine, not something extreme as it will fatigue your penis.. Im sure you dont want that to happen. But just giving ya some input, wish you the best of success,

Thanks for the feedback, Not sure if I misunderstand your use of the term 'clamping' I don't do any clamping as in using one of these cable cuff things I only do the Slammers but I guess this is a type of clamping is it? albeit with just your hands. Anyway, This past week I did PE on Sunday but was aware of wanting to keep the Monday / Wednesday/ Friday routine so I only did a couple of slammers on Monday, Wednesday I think I did about 6 sets, Then this morning (Friday) I did maybe 8-10 sets. I find it difficult to keep count of my sets with slammers because of the long ish pause of holding each position and counting seconds within those holds I always loose count! sure I'll get the hang of them though. I must say today though was tough, not easy to maintain EQ and I think the wee man is beat, I'm going to take 2 days off now over the weekend and see how I feel coming into Mondays session again. I need to gauge if this is a negative PI from over working with these slammers, might need to ease back slightly on the number of reps. As others have said they bring out the small read spots and I have 2 slightly larger ones which don't go away completely between sessions so the following session flairs it up again. I'll see how these heal over the next 2 days off.

Love doing these, but how often should one do these ? 2 on 1 off ? or whats the deal ?
also, is it really that bad to ejaculate once your done ? i have a hard time not to

After how long of doing PE can I do these supra slammers? ive been PEing for 3 months and before that for maybe a month, but that was like half year ago.

Hi there, talk about information overload on this site, it's brilliant, I've bin dabbling in PE for a number of months now I even went out and bought a pump, just today I read about these supra slammers, well needless to say I had to give it a go and I think the're my new favorite mixed in with pumping seemed to work a treat, but obviously time will tell so I'll have to report back later, just one thing I know everyone talks about giving your johnson a break but what I'm struggling with is the toll it's taking on my hands, talk about sore I think I managed about 7 before I gave up and let the pump finish my non-routine.
Anyway that's my 2 cents Cheers to everyone

Wow!!!
I have been doing these slammers stuff without knowing what I am doing. It pumped my girth by roughly 2 weeks....Now I will style my slammers more like what I read here and will report after one month about the results. These slammers must be awesome for girth...**Even the longest journey begins with a single, small, significant step**

I'd say they're very good for girth and glans sensitivity (if you're uncut like myself, at the very least). You're bound to see swelling quite soon - 3 weeks and you should see a girth gain visible with no effort. Alas, it will not be permanent, you need more time to make it such. Don't stop after seeing first girth differences, or they'll go away.

Hi all!
I hope this doesnt consider as necromancy (resurrecting posts), but I just had to comment this awesome exercise.
I'm starting my 3rd week with the Supra Slammers, I took them slowly because as I read here in the post they were very intensive. Started with 5 reps, now at 12 reps, and wow, all I just can say that this exercise is very nice. Every day I do this I get red dots, but they disappear between each session. I've noticed a better EQ already and maybe some little girth gain.
I just have a question for you guys. Do you only do Supra Slammers every workout, or something more? What's your plan after doing Supra Slammers, or will you stick to those only?

If you have a great EQ and love the routine and intensity, keep doing what you're doing.
SS work both length , girth and hardness, so you don't need much more. Apart from edging!
