    Do this semi erect. Appy uli grip for 30 seconds at the same time jelq slowly while doing kegels. You will get fully erect. I gaurantee this. you myeven get to 110% erect.

    I know I've heard about it before I just can't remember what /how a Uli is. Couldn't find it under a search either. Can someone describe it to me please.

    I'm actually confused.

    If you look up ULI in the Exercises portion of this site it shows all the fingers around the penis at the base but the TEXTUAL DESCRIPTION says just to OK grip at the base.....

    This is the hold I've been doing for the Supra that works for me:
    I do an overhand OK grip with 3 fingers: the Thumb,Pointer, and Middle finger. My thumb and pointer are against my body.

    Edited to add:
    I did a regular OK grip today (9/3/10) on these with just the Thumb and pointer and it worked great too. Do what works best for you!

    Anybody that would know: Which one is a true ULI?

    Can only add one thing:
    Right after you do the uli grip, slide it up 1/2-1 inch which builds up the pressure intensely in the penis, then hold that for 30 seconds.....
