Who all is still doing these? What kind of results are you getting? I have been doing them for three weeks now, getting better EQ during my workouts, maybe a little better overall. I have put on .1 in length, not what I am shooting for, but hey after 9 months of no gains I will take it!

I consider this exercise the single best thing PE related I've ever done, and I've done a lot. I've lurked on this site for the better part of two years. I've done hanging, jelqing, stretching, and even bought that sd200 crap (and got my money back). This exercise, simply put works. I've never seen anything like it. In just over a month I've gained .25" in length and girth. I saw almost no gains trying anything else.
To simplify the description a bit, here's how I do it.
-masturbate to the edge (max blood flow)
-kegel hard
-ok grip as close to the base as you can get (mash into your pelvis if you have to)
-hold for 5 seconds
-move grip an inch or two up the shaft until you feel a good amount of pressure
-hold 30 seconds
-let go and regrip at the base
-slow jelq (10 seconds) til the grip is below the head while quickly keeling during the whole jelq
-hold the grip below the head
-using other hand, get another ok grip at the base
-hold for 15 seconds while jelqing quickly
-release and repeat
The name of the game is maintaining max blood flow and erection strength. My eq has gone crazy, and i'm still gaining. My girlfriend (a nursing student) can't believe it. Hopefully this works for you guys as well as it has for me. Its totally changed my life. I was big to begin with, but the confidence this has given me along with my decision to get in athletic shape has really given me a new outlook.

The instruction with fifteen seconds is supposed to be kegeling, not jelqing. Sorry about that.

Should I do these after my JP 90 day probation period ?

I do something like this too, except I dont jelq. I squeeze my pointer finger and thumb in the OK grip at the base, then squeeze my middle finger, then ring and then my pinke finger. The idea is to sllowly sqeeze from the base towards the glands creating pressure in the shaft similar to a jelq, but more intense and consistent. I hold for a few seconds and then repeat. I love it. I kegal the whole time. I believe it's a great, unknown exercise.

This seems to be the best thread to ask this, although it's not strictly about the exercise mentioned in the OP: Is there anything more effective than using a penis stretcher? After two months and 10 days with a stretcher -- and I only used the stretcher a total of 35 days in that time span, so, you can consider them 1 month results, actually -- I gained F-Length 5cm/2", F-Girth 2.5cm/1", E-Length 2.5cm/1", E-Girth 1cm/0.40". Can anybody who used a different PE technique match that? Real curious!

I already have 5.5 in girth and only 6.5 in length so I'm trying to just gain length. I'm not conditioned enough for this exercise yet but I was wondering if this mostly targets girth?

Yes Newbert, it is mainly a girth exercise.
