    Bump. Want to start this workout once I finish this the P-90. I was thinking of a supra slammers routine every other day, streching everyday, fowfers at night, and edging a few times a week. Would I need anything else?

    Supra's initial motive behind not ejaculating was to keep the post workout 'pump' better, because ejaculation can usually lead to turtling or at least some loss of flaccid girth and length.

    Although I seem to recall Supra tried it with ejaculation after some time and said he still kept the pump.

    I find that when i do supras, during the jelq i end up pumping TONS of blood into my glans, which is good. But my shaft during the glans squeeze looks thinner and sort of lik eit has no blood in it. does anyone else get this?

    Damn I wish I could start this now. But I'm only about 2 months in PEing. But after my 3rd month I am totally doing this.

    As I've had quite a lengthy break from PE, I decided only to do ten (even though some of you recommend 5 for starters). I noticed no discoloration, and the only thing I've noticed is my penis feeling heavy after the exercise was over. Overall I'm satisfied, I'm gonna try and keep it up every other day. Any advice regarding an increase of repetitions?
