    Hmm, From the original post, it seems that the Super Slammers are such a good workout, that you may get the red dots on your head (I got these when I started doing PE and Jelqs for the first time- tiny burst capillaries, I guess. It is the first time your head really got filled like that). So I think that is what he is saying. Your penis should be conditioned by the time you do SS, but it may be such a shock and great workout that it may surprise your penis/head and cause that once again.

    Oh ok. I never got those dots in the first place. At least not that I know of, but yea after I get back in the swing of things I will add these.

    About the cumming/not cumming. If your edging you should ejaculate after the session due to prostate problems in the long run. (not saying !YOU ARE GOING TO GET PROBLEMS!, but why take the risk right?) If you dont edge and do these like i do at 100% erection but no PONR. Your fine if you dont ejaculate.

    this exercise sounds like one of those ridiculously long cheat codes. where it gives you a very good cheat, but involves 70 different button combinations.

    -hold for 15 seconds while jelqing quickly
    -release and repeat

    The name of the game is maintaining max blood flow and erection strength. My eq has gone crazy, and i'm still gaining. My girlfriend (a nursing student) can't believe it. Hopefully this works for you guys as well as it has for me. Its totally changed my life. I was big to begin with, but the confidence this has given me along with my decision to get in athletic shape has really given me a new outlook.
