My libido's low lately so I had to regain erection strength after each rep, which greatly lengthened the exercise itself to 5 minutes per repetition, circa. Sounds like you may be choking your dick. lighten up on the grips. Remeber your suppose to let some blood flow though. Only tighten your grip 2mm.
How to grip properly: place an loose but flush with the skin ok grip at the base your your cock, then push that ok grip as close to the pubic bone as possible. Wait for your cock to inflate a bit. Then tighten the grip about 2mm.

Dude, you are so right. I did 4 of these bad boys yesterday and man that was enough. My dick was sore, but not in a bad way. Also, I actually saw those little red dots. Great workout.

I'm thinking of triyng this as a kind of combination edging/PE routine. Getting up the PONR and then doing these exercises would definitely increase the max amount of time you could last doing them...

just tried them... definiteeely a new addition to the routine.
is it ok to not cum after performing the sets of these? ive heard that if you edge and dont cum, and have sex later in the day your stamina wont be as good
