Hello All PEGym Friends!
I thought I would make an Article of the Day for today. Zen and the Art of penis enlargement by Calixto
I am choosing one of mine, my first Article here on PEGym, not because it is mine, but because it covers some topics that many should know about when getting started and also how to stay "in the game" when it come to Penis Enlargement/Enhancement/Exercise. ALSO, I encourage you all to write a review of how helpful you think or thought the article was to you!

This article is indeed a top one.
People generally underestimate the power of mind in cases like this and I have to admit that I'm one of them. This is something I will actively work on during my future PE sessions. Thanks Calixto.
I also think that proper breathing is also greatly underestimated during PE. When you look at it, when you practise a sport, you unconsciously adapt your breathing to your activity: this is physiologic. As your muscles work, they need an additional supply of oxygen which comes from an increase in speed and intensity of breathing and an increase in cardiac flow. When we are PEing, we are not exactly training skeletic muscles but breathing remains important because when you breath deeply, during exhalation, you increase your cardiac flow. That means more blood pulsed from the heart into your arteries and so, logically, more blood in your penis, which is what we want.
So we should make a commitment of visualise and breath properly during PE sessions.

That's a really great article. I think the 'mind' factor is especially neglected with PE. Some people write is off as not important, however, in some respects it can be the most important thing.
What I mean is... our thoughts lead to attitudes, & those attitudes lead to habits, & our habits / consistency will ultimately decide whether we reach our ultimate goals.
If we keep starting & quitting or if we are inconsistent we might not reach our goals. Or if we are unnecessarily negative, we can de-motivate ourselves. I think sometimes all of us underestimate the power of our mind...

As far as psyching ones-self up though, how can that be done with an enlargement routine? You gave the example of body builders getting pumped before a workout but how would we do that with PE without being TOO pumped, you know? I don't want to get so pumped that I pull my dick off! LOL! Not that it's gonna happen (pullin my dick off), but finding a fine line between being pumped up and in the zone enough to get in an effective routine would be kinda tricky I would imagine ...
