Not to get too far off the OP's question but as far as decon breaks for hangers go: avoid them as much as possible, to keep the tissues deformed, etc. Same principle could be applied to stretching as well but that is up to us to use our own discretion at as we go through the PE journey.
BUT, if someone was on a basic routine (no hanging or advanced work) then I'd support a decon break fully.
That being said, I think Starless you should take a week off, and start researching into a new routine, this way you're giving your penis as well as mentality some time off from the labors and grind of PE while looking into a different routine. THe routine you've been doing has stopped causing growth, so look into one that will spur some new growth!

Not to be a jerk but to me some of my best gains and overall eq came after short decon breaks of a week or two. It does seem to be different for different people so if you're really going nuts give yourself and your nuclear reactor a break, in my humble opinion!

I have never taken a decon break so far and i've been PE'ing for almost a year and two months .... i've taken breaks in between of 3 to 4 days ( maximum ) and they really help get your EQ back into great condition for some more PE!! I think decon breaks should be taken as a last resort after everything else has been tried. Otherwise a week of no workout including kegels or any light stretching will do great for your penis and your EQ.
