Hey I started out at 5" and it has been 6 weeks, and I have not gained at all, maybe a 1/8".. Is that normal? I strech, Jelqnig, and hang. My close goal is 6" and long goal is 8".

Normally people start with a beginner routine:
Beginner Routine Light - PESG (& his motivational story)
Beginner Routine Light - Babbis
Beginner Routine Medium - Remek
Beginner Routine Intense - "JP's 90 Day"
Why would you start with a combination of exercises like that? I don't understand what caused you to come up with that. Normally hanging is something that comes later and you shouldn't mix it with other exercises; hanging alone is intense enough.
That's my advice... quit hanging for now, or only hang. It's your call.

Like Blink said, you seem to have started with an advanced workout. The problem with this, of course, is the risk of injury. You've only got one penis, bro. Injuries = setbacks = less gains, and might = end of PE. Take a look at some of the injury threads.
I've also seen a few posts suggesting that over stressing your unit when it's not conditioned may result in slowed growth, or even shrinkage! Not what any PE'r want to hear, is it?
Fortunately, there's lots of beginner work outs to choose from. Pick one fits you and have at it, and slooowwwly work up to something like hanging. You might even be satisfied with the gains from the beginner work out alone.
Many brothers have reported more than 1/8 " gain in their first month, but many others have had less. We all grow differently, just be careful.PE: Change WE can believe in...
