Hi again. Dayum I sure ask a lot of questions. But without these questions I wouldn't be motivated enough .
I've got a smaller than average sized penis and I was wondering if I should focus solely on length gains to reach my goal (the average) before I try to get any girth gains? I read somewhere on this board that having a large girth means it'll take longer for your penis as a whole to lengthen because you've got more tissue to lengthen. This is quite plausible.
Therefore should I keep away from the ulis, flaccid bends and bundled stretches and stick to stretches, rotating stretches, jelqs and erect stretches until I reach my length goal?
I'd like to know your opinion. I'll happily take suggestions of suitable exercises for a man in my situation who's been PE'ing for 4 months now.
p.s. I've already tracked some girth gains, perhaps because I dedicated two weeks to girth exercises.

Advanced Girth Work: clamping, ulis, plump bends, horse440s may indeed interfere with length gains. I've seen many guys report this (so anecdotal evidence is around to support this). Moderate girth work doesn't appear to interfere at all (e.g. jelqing at medium to semi-high erection levels).
Bib invented the length first, girth second theory. Not all experts agree, but some of us believe this is the best way to proceed to maximize your gains. However, after posting the theory & discussing it, I came to the conclusion that the biggest concern is advanced girth work. Some guys report that their light to moderate girth work did not interfere with gains. Another bit of support for this comes from anecdotal evidence that guys with thinner penises (normal girth, 5.5" or less) seem to have less trouble gaining length than guys with high girth (6.5" or more).
It's only a theory, but many do believe it is good advice.

With this in mind what length exercises are you thinking of? Also how often should I change routine? Previously I measured every two weeks and changed routine between every month to 2 months.
I've been PE'ing for four months now. I started 3rd June and this is the 4th Sept.You can call me Oxy; or Moron if I ever say something moronic
Short term goal: 6" BPEL x 5" EG
"Would-be-gobsmacked-if-it-was-reached" goal: 7" NBPEL x 6" EG

If you're unhappy with your length results you can try hanging. (see hanging 101 in my signature)
I'm sure others will respond here later with different types of advice.
