Condoms for a thicker base?

It amazes me that the condom market doesn't cater for guys with a penis shaped like mine. I'm sure a thicker base must be at least almost as common as perfectly cylindrical or thicker at the glans. A lot of guys here have commented that they're this shape.

Yeah, I'm that shape as well just very slightly thicker and with a little bigger glans. It probably would help if the manufacturers made a cylindrical condom with a wider base than 52 mm. I used the "regular" size condoms for years. I found them uncomfortable but I figured that was just how condoms were. I finally hooked up with a gal for a weekend and she introduced me to the Magnum sized condoms (you gotta love a chick who goes out and buys condoms for you, and gets larger ones to boot). I found them significantly more comfortable, but because of my tapered shape, they sometimes did tend to roll up toward the glans.

Guys who need one that large are a relatively small part of the market, and I guess they figure they can make do with what is available. I think the really thin guys are in much worse shape though. They seem to have trouble finding something that won't slip off altogether.

Decades ago standard size was 49mm (ouch) , now it is 54mm in aussie. They finally worked out guys were uncomfortable.
My base is slightly larger than my tip, this is a shape pe tends to build.

Since on average, guys 5.5" girth plus should be wearing large fit ,it should make up a good % of the market. As I told ansell. I think it is a bad result for the community that more guidance isn't given on sizing.

Please let me know if you've solved this mystery! The man ive begun sleeping with had a very wide base and narrow head, condoms only fit halfway down and then roll off INSIDE ME. Help! Need wide base tapered top condom but i have searched the market up and down and am not finding this or even a custom condom service. TheyFit doesnt offer a head&base girth specification, they ask for just one circumpherence

A cylinder shape up to 60 mm is easily found in aussie . That is the girth at the base is the same as at the head . A base smaller than head seems common in the US especially for large fit .
I would have thought if you got the base right it should stay on . What is his girth at base ./mid./head.
