    Does masturbating effect penis enlargement at all?can i masturbate right after i workout or after im wearing the penis extender?i find if i do it before i worked out it loses motivation due to the fact i just ejaculated. Im pretty sure im suppose to wait 2 hrs at least after working out or wearing it

    The only way I would suggest someone masturbate prior to a PE workout would be if they were getting too erect while doing their routine. As for afterwards, though I don't beat off very often, if I am really horny afterwards I will. Once and a while will not affect anything, but someone who does it every time right after might be creating a negative situation.

    If you're going to masturbate, turn it into something productive (try edging).

    Kegels, edging, washcloth raises (towel raises for advanced guys), these all help our stamina, our erection quality & they help us achieve bigger erections (yes, gains!)

    All this complements a good PE routine and there are some theories that stamina work actually stimulates the growth of your penis (mitosis, whatever, I'm not sure on those details). The truth is, about 50% of your penis is soft muscle tissue. Strange huh? Anyway, here's a few links about the subject of stamina.

    Edging can really help you grow--while edging your penis can reach it's true current 'maximum' size. By itself it wont do much, but it does complement a PE routine. It's one of several forms of stamina work... Kegels are very important, & probably form the core of any stamina routine (until you're ready for crazy stuff like towel raises).

    blink has a solid point.

    After doing PE and practicing Edging for 2 months, I don't even want to masturbate anymore!

    Do edging whenever you want to masturbate, it really made me last much longer during sex.

    Before PE, my penis would ejaculate before my body gets tired; now it's the other way around. I think I will scale up my cardio. exercises, since my overall stamina (Not penis stamina) is the dragging factor now.
