  • is it possible to gain without using hangers, extenders, pumps, etc?

    can i gain abt 2/3 inches just using jelqs and stretches or other manual exercises?

    I done pe for abt 6 months now. I have no concrete or fixed routine. I have done jp routine and intermediate routine so can someone give me an advanced routine i can follow to gain 2/3 inches?

    I have no measurements but i will add them and a log when once someone has given me a routine
    Current:
    Target 1- 7inch by 5.5inch
    Target 2- 8inch by 6inch
    Ultimate GOAL- 9inch by 6.5inch

    u haven't gained anything so far??? from doing PE for 6 months??

      You could try hanging (see hanging 101 in my signature)

        i feel i have gained something but cnt say how much cos i never measured but maybe .5 inch- 1 inch, im guessing.

        I dont wanna hang or use devices if i can gain by doing manual exercise. Can big al coach me?

            Hey, I gained everything from manual exercises. The key is to keep the exercises as simple as possible. I still use jP's beginner routine 5 days on 2 days off and have made excellent progress. That said, a routine would greatly benefit you. I started the same way as you with random exercises, some advanced, some quite basic.
            Former: 6.30" BPEL, 4.50" MSEG
            Current: 8.25" BPEL, 5.00" MSEG, 5.25" BEG

              Yeah, Going411by7 & Jon Pop have both made incredible manual gains as well. You can study either of their routines. I think Going411by7 has gained more than 3" BPEL and Jon Pop gained more than 3.5" BPEL (I would have to check on the exact numbers for Going411by7 ).

              Jon Pop's routine was similar (but more intense) than the JP 90 day routine--so the routine he used to make some crazy gains is what the JP90 is based on.

                how long would it take to gain 3 inches manually? Roughly speaking cos i know you cant put a time scale on such things lol.

                  Your body will decide that. What you can decide is to keep studying & keep learing & take a disciplined, educated approach with your PE. Long term I think anything is possible & if you are determined enough you will find a way. 3" in gains are very rare, but it's possible.

                    i might be being a bit greedy asking for 3 inches but 2 inch should be realistically possible.

                      Most of us do PE because we are not realistic

                      I say, go for it... just avoid injury because that will set you back, but keep your determination. As I said, it's possible.

                      The only thing anyone can guarantee, is that it wont be possible if you don't stick with PE long term. I'm sure you've heard the wayne gretzky saying "I miss 100% of the shots I don't take".

                        This is why I have set a realistic goal... if you go in with the mindset that, for example, I am 5" fully erect... I expect to be 8" when you do these exercises you are setting yourself up for failure... if you want to climb stairs you don't jump from the bottom step to the top one... you take small steps... one at a time. Set a goal close to what you are... when you reach it, set the next close goal... climb those steps.

                        I am 6.5" BPEL... I have set my goal to 7" BPEL, only a half inch... it's easier to reach a goal that is close. Just understand, our bodies aren't rubber... they are living tissue, muscle and cells... it will take time to grow new tissue, muscle and cells. Work slow, be realistic, be diligent, be consistent, be motivated but most of all do it... you won't grow if you don't. We are pulling for you, no pun intinded, whatever goal you set.
                        Start - BPEL 6.5" EG 5.2"
                        Current - BPEL 6.5" EG 5.2"
                        Goal NBPEL 7.0" EG 6.0"

                            I am absolutely convinced that I made rapid gains because I had no goals at all. I just kept at it, slowly increasing length of sessions and intensity. I loved practicing p.e.--bottom line. And I got my rock hard erections back--11 o'clockers. The increase in length and girth just came with the territory.

                              All of my gains have been made with my own two hands. I refuse to ever become desperate enough to start using devices.
