    I am currently edging 2 days on 1 day off. I am just wondering how long is it okay to go without coming? If I am edging 2 days on 1 day off does that mean I should cum on my off days? Do I have to? I kinda want to ONLY cum from sex but I don't know how safe it is if I am edging all the time.

    Remember that edging is coming to the point of no return and then backing off, then coming back and backing off again for several times, then eventually ejaculating. What you are doing is ballooning, which is never ejaculating and going to that ponr multiple times. I would try and only cum when it is necessary, lots of guys say that they make better gains when ejaculating less, and I have to agree with them. Dont worry too much about it though, stick to your exercises and continue to edge or balloon and you will make fantastic gains!

        I've gone weeks to months where I just edged and never came. Evenually you will go in your sleep though especially if you view pornography when you edge. I don't see anything negative about edging long term.

          So it's okay to "Balloon" all week and not cum? I realize it's okay to not cum normally, but when you are edging and ballooning it just seems like it would build up weird or something, or give me blue balls. I don't know.

          I know I will have sex atleast once a week. but other than that I don't wanna cum. If I have sex everyday of the week.. great i will cum but besides sex I just wanna save it and in place of cumming just balloon.

          Also do I have a risk of training myself to not be able to masturbate and cum, or not being able to cum at all if my body gets used to not cumming?

            It possble to balloon too much and hve wet dreams.. That's Been my problem lately. I ballooned for 2 days aboutt 30+ min each and came while sleeping 2 nights in a row.. It sucks.. Lol but I too believe in non ejaculation will help with gains.. So I plan to have sex or masturbate 2x a week or so..

              Actually you may be wrong about the 'not ever ejaculating' part: there are medical studies showing evidence that it could lead to prostate issues. Even Oprah's doctor said it on TV.

                I think i said this somewhere. But there ale allot of juices such as precum and stuff still in there. I generally ejaculate on every second to third day in order to empty all the liquids down there. Take care of your prostate, and when you get old your prostate will take care of you :P

                Even kamasutra i think mentiones that cumming on every second or third sex session is recomended. (or what is that book....)

                  I don't know why but its true about not cumming will net you a better gain. Last year i was doing a solid PE routine, that included a high amount of JAI's, for almost a month. I had to stop for about 8-9 days straight because i didn't have the time to do any PE at all. After that rest period of, no sex, no PE, and therefore no orgasms...i ended up with my best gains ever. I went from 7.75'' BPEL to 8'' BPEL and 5.75'' EG to 5.95'' EG. Of course after that i returned to normal, cumming regularly sometimes 6 out of 7 days a week from sex. i noticed i seemed to have become a hardgainer since. It's hard to go long periods without cumming for me because i live with my girl and we have always enjoyed several hours of sex daily. I am trying to be able to go long without cumming, so far i am cumming 1-2 times a week for the past 3 months. For some odd reason i haven't been noticing the gains like what i had last year but my stamina is exceptional now. I am able to cum and continue having sex without stopping to regain erection. i would definitely recommend reducing amounts of orgasms a week for the benefits you get.

                    I don't think I'm wrong, but no matter what the topic there will always be conflicting information. Speaking from my own empirical evidence I found that cutting down on porn and ejaculation has helped me very much in life and not just penis health.

                    Of course if your addicted to porn and ejaculation then you probably won't like this site, but it helped change my life. It isn't some christian site and has many links to different scientific studies.

                        I'm not sure if this is the right place to be posting this, but reading about all the porn and stuff brought the question into my mind. Whenever I PE, I'm ALWAYS watching porn. The thing is, I don't have any problems getting an erection, but once I start to do Uli's or some other type of girth exercise, it almost always makes me flaccid. So is anyone else like this? Or is it just me?
