Isee a lot of chatter regarding extenders and warming up... "be sure to warm up the penis with a hot wrap or hot bath before strapping in.".. Well, I do 7hrs a day and I strap in about 6 times a day. If I had to do some kind of warm up routine 6 times a day then I would never be able to make my 7hrs feasible, I would spend several more hours "warming up", it's just not realistic. So.. I get hard before strapping in (blood is warm, there's your tissue warmed up!), I also keep 2cm back for 5mins then unscrew to the needed length and do my session. So, as far as I am concerned this 'warming up' with hot baths, towels, bean bags, wraps, etc seems like it has no scientific basis (wives tale). What do you guys think? When it comes to extending I think flushing the penis with blood, then a gentle extension for 5mins is plenty imo.

I never "warm up" before extending and have been fine..

Warming up your penis dilates blood vessels, making your penis fill up with blood easier which is important for things like jelqing because it revolves around increasing blood flow. It also loosens up your ligs, which makes it less likely to injure yourself, and helps you stretch better, giving you more gains.
And don't be silly, how could the notion of warming up your penis be a wive's tale? They don't have penises!

I've never really warmed up for much of anything. Much less extending.It's not just Penile Enhancement, it's a way of life.

Some guys do use a form of constant heat, but I see it mostly with pumpers (who use a heating element wrapped around their tube).
You can gain while your penis is cold, but I think the heat can enhance gains a little. Even if the heat just prevents injuries, long term that may help me gain faster.

This is what everybody says...but I'll take a piss right before I hop in the shower and my flacid will be nice and stretchy, probably about 4.5"...then I jump in the shower, and focus the warm water on my penis and I get a hard flacid, I lost about an inch, the opposite of my tissues relaxing.
