1.)5 minute warm-up
3.)5 mInute warm-up
4.)compressor ... jelq ... erect squeeze
is it ok to do the second portion (from "3.)5 mInute warm-up 4.)compressor ... jelq ... erect squeeze) all at once without breaks in the middle and having to "re-warm-up"? ...is this ok, or should i do each one with a break/warm-up in between?

I'm hanging for 2 hours a day, so my workouts last 3+ hours; often I warm up again in the middle.
I don't think there's any harm in warming up again. But its not an absolute requirement. It just depends on whether you have time & whether its what you want. In effect, its a personal preference thing.
