Hey guys, i wanted to post my routine here because i don't want to start a log just yet. I am looking for some advice on my routine. I have been PEing for 6 months now and graduated from JP's 90 day program about 2 months ago (i thought i would give it an extra month). The routine im following now might not be the most common routine for a guy with 6 months under his belt, but it is giving me some great results. When i started PEing i was about 5 and 3/4 and now im just a hair under 7. So the routine:
The first half of my routine is as followed. I start with a 15 minute warm up courtesy of my electric heating pad. From there i do a half hour of rotational JAI stretches kegeling for 30 seconds on each stretch to the left and right. The next part of my routine is sort of hard to describe. I do two stretches in an alternating pattern for 2 minutes and 30 seconds each with a 30 second break in between. this lasts a half hour. The 2 streatches that i do are the internal stretch and a variation of an internal stretch that im not sure has a name. I will try my best at describing the variation. What i do is a take my left hand and make the "ok" grip palm up and place that hand at the base of my penis and squeeze it lightly and pull straight up towards my chin. Then with my right hand i make the same "ok" grip palm up and place that hand under the left hand so now my right hand is on the base of the penis and my left hand is still holding the stretch. From there i tilt my left hand towards my stomach and with my right hand i pull out and twist up as well. Sorry if that was hard to follow but that stretch is amazing. I attribute most of my gains to that stretch. Not sure if anyone here has done this one but i am interested in what you guys think.
After The stretching is done i warm down for 15-20 minutes. I then will stop PEing for awhile and pick it back up later in the day or at night, or i will just jump right in to the last half of the routine. The last half is comprised of erect bends (about 15) and Supra slammers (for a half hour).
Also, here is my kegel routine:
Solid kegel for 2 minutes
Short strong 1 second kegels for 2 mintues
Reverse kegel for 2 mintues
I finish each kegel session with a super solid kegel for 8 minutes and a super reverse kegel for 8 minutes. i do this for a half hour every other day.
I know i might get some hate for not have the traditional jelquing but i find that supra slammers have been doing the trick.

In my opinion, if you're making gains at good pace & you're not engaging in high risk activities, then you're doing it right.
In other words, the proof is in the pudding.
If you want to know what I (or others) think, then we need to know about
1-your measurement progress and about
You didn't cover either of those subjects that I can see.
