  • Loss of erection throughout PE sessions

    I'm not sure if this is in the right place, sorry if it isn't. Since I started PE about 5 months ago, I've noticed that at the beginning of my sessions, I'm usually having to wait for my erections to subside in order to continue to my PE. But as the session goes on longer (usually past the 15 minute mark) I find that it harder and harder to, well, get hard. Does anyone else have this problem and is it normal? Thanks

    hello
    what is your routine?
    your loosing erection during wich exercise? if its jelq? 20%-30% is sufficient for that exercise just in case.
    are you warming up for the duration 10-15minuts? if u fail to warmup properly after 15-20minuts of exercising there might appear a small pain (right side nut/leg) this can lead to unwanted erection drop
    some people does loose erection, to answer that question yes its normal but it shouldnt drop to 0%(flaccid)

      I think this is normal reaction, esp during jelqing. With the more exercising you do and the longer your session goes on, your cock will experience some level of fatigue and you will naturally loose your erection. You want your erection to subside a bit in order for the jelqing to be more effective. WhatAwakner is right in that it should not drop to 0%.

        Guys that depend on porn tend to have issues. I'm not saying that you're doing this, but if you are, you should probably avoid that.

          I've seen a number of posts like this, so what you're experiencing seems fairly normal. I guess once your buddy realizes that what's going on is work and not pleasure, there's a little relaxation, LOL. Some who have posted on this mentioned doing an occasional jelq stroke over the glans, or rubbing over the glans, as extra stimulation, when needed, to keep their erection level where they wanted it.

            Yes, I warm up before I do my exercises, there isn't any pain, I just lose my erection over time. My routine consists of Uli's and a kind of variation of a Uli. In the variation, I have a lower erection level (around 70-80%) and I kegel blood into my penis until it's full, but not exactly rock hard. Then I use my thumb and forefinger to squeeze different parts of my penis. Then I will jelq a bit at the end, but my erection usually comes back a bit more when I jelq since it's a bit more pleasurable I guess.

                  Sometimes guys get really dependent on porn & can't get a good erection (or even get through a workout) without it.

                  I am trying to paraphrase this the way I understand it. I believe the porn detox thread covers this subject. I think things like this are explained there.

                    Oh okay, thanks for clearing that up like, I usually just listen to the noises as I PE, I'm usually pretty focused on my penis. I also use it as a kind of timer to see how long I have to do something for. But if it can be unhealthy for me and my erections then I will probably try and lay off the porn now. Thanks Blink and GTOK, I wouldn't want to have problems maintaining an erection

                      You mentioned the loss of erections during your session, so assuming you were in perfect health, this was the first thing I suspected (that porn might be creating issues with maintaining your erection during your workout). Let us know how things work out.

                        Well, I'm taking part in a Porn Detox forum somewhere else in the PEgym, but I believe this has definitely become an issue. Starting a few months ago, I've used porn to do my exercises because it would take a while to get an erection after performing some exercises. And today, was my first day of PE without porn since I first started. This porn thing has definitely become a problem, as I wasn't even able to get a 100% erection OR maintain a 60% erection without porn. So I'm definitely laying off the porn for a long time. I hope that once my body gets used to no porn again, I'll be able to gain and maintain an erection throughout my exercises. Today was a huge realization for me since I didn't even know that I was relying on porn so much. Thanks for opening my eyes Blink.
