  • New Routine (Thoughts Please)

    hey guys

    i'm looking at combining my bathmate and extender into one routine, heres how it'll be:

    AM schedule (morning)
    6am: 10mins jelq, 15mins bathmate
    7am: gym workout
    8am onwards wearing extender for minumum 5hours

    PM schedule (evening)
    10-15mins manual stretching followed with 1hour of extender usage
    finish with 5minute low level pump

    any thoughts or opinions?

    5on2off (depending on PI's)

    Which devices do you have past experience with already? More importantly, are you already conditioned and adjusted to using both devices at once?

      I'm used to my extender, I took a week off bathmate and used it again tonight and the bloody vacuum was extreme so I'll have to be careful not to over do that until I'm coniditioned for it like I was before my week off..

        I would get used to the extender first, then start very light short sessions (5 minutes or less) with the bathmate (maybe wait at least 3 months or so before you add it to the routine).

        I am not an expert on pumping or extenders; all I can say is that when you add a second device to a routine, your odds for an injury probably go up exponentially. What I mean to say is, be careful

          okay thanks for the input blink, i will only pump for 5minutes to begin with, gradually increase as the months go by
